To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@shreekarifoods.com within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive your request, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the refund process and place a new order.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
